The hotel offers a really nice view on the island's mounts. The different kinds of blue of the lagoon will dazzle you. Nice staff but the food is really average but prices are quite high. It remains a good place to relax and to enjoy the beauty of Bora Bora.

Prior to arriving in Bora Bora, we contacted the Pearl Beach Resort and Spa to confirm transportation from the airport to the resort. Heitiare was extremely patient and helpful with all of my questions. She was very up-front and accommodating on explaining our transportation options.
We spent seven nights at Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort and Spa. Words cannot begin to express how impressed we were by the customer service! Over the past several years, we have visited multiple resorts in Turks and Caicos, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Aruba, etc. Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort’s customer service far surpassed all of these locations. Very early on, individuals at the front desk, restaurant, concierge desk, and even the manager (Teiva) knew our names. Everyone was extremely friendly and constantly made you feel welcomed. We were sent complimentary bottles of wine, extra water bottles, a fruit platter, and even had a special dinner celebration for our final evening with the resort. What an incredible resort! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation and going so far above and beyond.

Just got home from an amazing stay at Pearl beach resort. This resort was spectacular! From the beautifully manicured grounds to the meticulously maintained beach, the views were beyond words! We stayed in a garden bungalow for 5 nights, then upgraded to an over the water for the last 2 nights! I would advice doing both to get the full island experience! All the staff were so friendly and had everything set up for any excursion, or dinner we went to. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we were spoiled with having freshly made omelletes and fresh fruit daily. The Polynesian great! We are definitely coming back and only to this resort! You definitely are our Pearl!

From the outset, the resort looked amazing. Upon closer inspection, however, several flaws became apparent. The pool area was run down, and the outdoor bar and restaurant were closed for remodeling. The over water bungalows were weathered outside but nice and clean inside. There was no WiFi in the lobby or many other places as well, but it did work in some of the rooms. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and did apologize for the closures and WiFi inconvenience. The one restaurant open had great dinner menus and food, but the "free" breakfast left a little to be desired. (Not nearly as complete as the Hilton on Moorea. The coral garden is nice, but still a work in progress.

Room Tip: Only the over water bungalows are worth anything, and get the ones further out.

We spent six nights here and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Things we liked best about the bungalow, 1 the outdoor shower, 2 private backyard with an unheated Jacuzzi pool, 3 the spacious nicely appointed air conditioned room. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with trees and flowers. We enjoyed snorkeling in the coral nursery and seeing many beautiful fishes. Staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. One night we had room service and the dinner was delicious. When we were here we really felt like we were in paradise.
