Buffalo Chip Saloon is more about the experience than the food. The menu is typical "bar food", nothing to complain or rave about. Dessert of s'mores brought back memories of childhood camping experiences and were yummy. However, the best part of our dining experience was our server, Alex. She was delightful and made our visit to Buffalo Chips enjoyable. She has a great personality, just the right amount of confidence, and a whole lot of positive energy! She is quite an asset to the business. Then we went to watch the bull riding, which was a new experience for east coasters! A suggestion if you are planning on visiting.....bull riding is Wednesday and Friday nights. Arrive around 5:30 or 6:00 for dinner (make reservations) so that you can get outside and get a seat for the rodeo show. Extra parking...face the restaurant and there is a road to the right...Viola I believe. Follow that around to additional parking.
