After a very long flight we found there was an overbooking of Airbnb/Vbro type and we were stranded. The Hilton found us a room with a great rate then accompanied us the rest of our stay.

Hilton’s staff members made us feel welcomed and after they helped us get settled in, we were able to enjoy our trip.

I already wrote a full review in the survey the hotel was great Janice at the front desk was amazing.

None of the restaurant or bar was open in the pool closed at 9 PM instead of 10 or 11 PM that has nothing to do with Covid

The hotel met all our expectations and we had a great family stay over Easter weekend we would recommend this hotel if your staying in the Chandler area. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating

The hotel is in a good location with the Fashion center mall directly across the street. The rooms are comfortable. Nothing special though. The pool and workout room are good size. The restaurant and bar were closed down completely. My major complaint is that I paid for the executive level and with that I should have received a breakfast and an evening reception. They did NEITHER! They continue to use covid as a reason to NOT offer the amenitites promised. I paid to have a better experience and did not get it. When I asked about it, I was told "we just don't have the staff". UNACCEPTABLE! They did have a breakfast downstairs that consisted of packaged muffins, fig bars and instant oatmeal. That is not a breakfast . I expect more from Hilton. The executive lounge had cans of diet coke and coke and bottled water and packaged snacks like granola bars.
No reception though. No fresh fruits or veggies offered. They also did not provide any cleaning services during my 5 day stay. Again using covid as a means to not do their jobs. They could at least come in and empty the trashes and leave towels. I likely would not stay here again until they resume normal operations.

Thank you for taking the time to give us valuable feedback. I can completely understand not running operations fully right now is affecting the experience. We are trying to be as transparent as possible about our situation right now. It's not an excuse for us but we truly can not find staff which is why we are still running minimally. As the Operations Manager, working 6 days a week, I can you tell we are working hard and doing our best to get Operations back to normal. We are in the works on getting the café open next week to provide a better breakfast experience including some hot items. Soon after, we are hoping to get our bar open on limited hours to ease our way back fully open. I apologize your experience with us was far from superb. Please feel free to reach out to me direct if you ever return to the Chandler area (lauren.dubrock@hilton.com). I can let you know where we are at in our Operations and personally take care of you and your family.

Southwest Vacations had botched our reservation and we looked to the hotel staff to rectify it. Rob, Lauren, Leslie, Amy, Bill, and Jason are Rock Stars of Service.

They were so great, we decided to stay with them and Not make a hotel change. When you visit the Valley of the Sun, stay at this Hilton. Restaurants, Entertainment, and Transportation are nearby, and downtown Phoenix is a 15 minutes ride.

Our heartfelt Thank you to the establishment's Amazing Staff!
