We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath room (1 king bed in one room, and 2 queens in the other room), and it was spacious with comfortable beds. Having a small kitchen was very handy! The staff was exceptional and they communicated well, as we had a very late/early morning check-in, and I had called ahead to make sure they wouldn’t give our room away. The employee made notes for our late arrival and when we arrived, another employee knew exactly who we were and extended a warm welcome at 3 AM! Great hotel for families!

We stayed here recently while in town to see our new granddaughter. I have to say from the time we checked in with Tyler at the Front Desk to when we checked out, this was a great experience. Tyler took great care of us and was very helpful with some questions.
Our room was clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet is somewhat limited now, due to COVID, but they have just about everything you will need for breakfast. Just remember that it is only from 6am to 9am everyday.
I also want to thank Steve who was working the Front Desk on Friday and Saturday, during the day. Very professional and helpful, he was a delight to talk with and helped with breakfast questions one day.
This hotel is close to everything you will need in Chandler. It is clean and the people who work here are fantastic. Look forward to coming back soon.

Our stay was amazing! From the moment I walked in and Steven (I'm pretty sure that was his name) greeted me, everything was perfect! This man single handedly made my stay amazing instead of just standard. He is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you could clone him and put him behind every desk, that would be amazing. Instead, at what put him in charge of training or something. He is the epitome of top notch customer service.

Even my father-in-law was super impressed by him when he stopped by to visit. People like this can really make a vacation extra special. Steven did just that!

In addition, our room and everything we saw was clean and well maintained. Proper precautions for coronavirus were in place. The take and go pre-packaged food was good as well. I would gladly stay here again!

Wow .. we stayed here for 4 weekday nights in the beginning of March ... It was a perfect place for our AZ trip ... Good location away from craziness ... This is definitely a business hotel with an international clientele due to the tech and corporate centers all around ... staff and guests were always polite and friendly

We took advantage of the good early breakfast buffet each day which saved us time in our day ... after a day of activities we also were extremely pleased to return to find the manager's reception which ended up being dinner for a number of nights

Pool area was super and relaxing matched with the manager reception complimentary Four Peaks beer or wine

Rooms were large and comfortable ... Just a gem

Room tip: TIP: I would evaluate your room upon arrival for "food smell" ... a lot of international cooking goes on in the rooms

We checked into this hotel in the midst of COVID 19 because my husband has a critical job and was on a work assignment. We got into our hotel at 3 am and were told our hotel was no longer serving breakfast due to new restrictions that all hotels now had to abide by. They also told us the pool was closed, but the gym was still open. Our company was charged 230.00 per night and there would be no reduction of rates due to the virus even though food was not being served. They offered bags in the morning with water, a piece of fruit and a granola bar. Upon researching for another hotel, a Marriot product, we found out they were still serving a nice hot breakfast and their pool was still open but not the gym. This made way more sense to me as a nurse that the gym would be closed. The virus hangs out on metal and plastic not chlorinated pools! Some of the people at the front desk were quite rude and unaccommodating ! We asked for a few extra plates and bowls for our room, since we now had to do more food preparation. The girl ( Madison) would not help get us anything extra we might need and was so rude. Steve and Mariah were very kind and apologized , they were great but Steve insisted that other hotels had cancelled all food service and the use of swimming pools. We had to stay in Arizona for 2 more weeks so we started looking for better accommodations and found the Marriot Residence Inn which has been FABULOUS!! We are no longer going to use Hilton Products (and we are diamond status) mainly because we feel they told us wrong facts and took advantage of the virus! They laid off many of their workers, where the Marriot has tried to keep a full staff. There is NO comparison between the two companies.

Room tip: Our room had loose tiles in the bathroom and the window had a broken window seal (room 205)
