We like the Springhill suite hotels. We stayed two nights and were comfortable. The pool/hot tub area could use some attention and the front lobby was closed off and being used for laundry, which was awkward. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was within walking distance to several good bars and restaurants. Breakfast was grab and go do to COVID.

Room tip: The rooms on the south end of the building can be noisy

If you stay here, request a room away from Chandler Blvd. Cars racing all hours of the night. You could here the pedestrian signal beeping in the room, all day/night. Plus it's a busy hotel with families and team up/down the hallway early in AM and late in PM. Also, COVID-era breakfast had zero healthy options. No fresh fruit, only sugary cereals, sugary yogurts, and high carb prepackaged muffins/granola bars. The oatmeal packets tasted and felt like sawdust. Sofa couch did not fold out...it was a big hard cushion. Location is convenient to the highways and shopping mall but that was our only positive..

I stayed at this hotel in December for several weeks and was truly impressed with the professionalism, comfort and customer service I received.

This hotel has a lot of guests visiting from other states like California and Nevada right now because of Covid. Lots of traveling sports teams from those states are visiting AZ because they are not able to hold any sports practices at the time of this post. This hotel is bubbling with lots of families because of the free amenities (free breakfast, free parking, etc.) the adjoining rooms and the comfort it provides by having a separate living room with a pull out couch for extra guests. Good Things to know about this hotel Is its nearby Proximity and walking distance to Chandler Fashion Mall as well as great places to eat such as Chili's, P.F. Chang's and Chipotle. It's also in walking distance to Super Walmart. Lastly, The close proximity of this hotel to 101 freeway as well make this a desirable location

Kimberly C. and her phenomenal team are doing a great job, and with a smile, with the volume of people passing through each day and work really hard at making sure Guests are attended to, and have everything they need. A great long-term stay at this hotel.

Casual hotel centrally located in Chandler. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well laid out. We stayed here while visiting for Christmas and couldn't have been happier.

Pros
Perfect location. Many restaurants and shops close by. Some (Cafe Rio) within walking distance.
Great room. Spacious working area. Full sofa. Free HBO Max/Showtime Anytime. Comfortable mattress (we did need to change rooms because the first room had a bad mattress).
Low rate.

Cons
Service. Lack of attentiveness.
Breakfast. Very disappointing. No hot items. Same choices everyday. Put out expired yogurt. Had issues with juice machine.

Overall
It would take very little to turn this into a perfect place to stay. Pay a little more attention to guests and fix breakfast problems.
