Asada has an unusual layout with open cooking areas along both sides of the restaurant and display cabinets showcasing the seafood on offer. Seating is available inside the restaurant and out on the street. The ambience inside the restaurant was warm and a little smoky from the open fires, so I think I would opt to sit outside next time. That said, the food was outstanding, the Chili lime ribs were tender and delicious - the cous cous side dish a perfect accompaniment to mop the sauce. I wasn't overly impressed by the roasted pumpkin - a bit bland and borderline cooked through. Other dishes enjoyed at the table were the Beef Ribeye, Clam chowder and Roasted bone marrow. I must commend Sisanda, our waitress, her service was first class!

I like to tell people that Fusion is fish and Asada is meat and then I eat fish on my 1st visit to Asada.

A little bit of an uneasy start as there was two big tables ordering starters around the same time and orders going to the wrong table.

But this was addressed by my friend Mr C and the rest of our day went beautifully.

Had excellent wines and the food was perfect.

4 men at table had the whole trout and all 4 of us was very, very happy with this.
We had vegetables with the fish that was so flavourful. Loved it.

There was meat eaten between the ladies and all very happy.

This gem is also in Stanley street, PE's culinary hot spot at the moment. The staff at the establishment, along with the neighboring restaurant staff (same owner) are superb (even when the owner is not there). The area hums and patrons queue so as to experience great food. A must visit when in PE
