All dishes are made up using only the freshest ingredients. Attention to detail when it comes to portion control, dressing of various plates and execution of flavours. Every mouthful offering various degrees of delight! Certain dishes come with a bit of a wait, but once served, one can appreciate that such dishes have been freshly prepared with care filled with pockets of flavour. A "special class of food".
