Prosopa is just amazing! To start, the wine list is extensive, with great recommendations to pair with every dish.
The chefs recommendations from the starters to the mains were exceptional especially the Ostrich steak with Camembert cheese and figs, although we found the Fillet steak with Camembert to be a bit salty. For starters I would definitely recommend the Spanish prawns and for dessert the Rooibos Crème brûlée, which had the perfect consistency. Definitely noteworthy of the evening was that our steaks were done perfectly to every person's desire, whether it was ordered to be blue rare or medium, one of the first restaurants in Pretoria to get it perfect...
One downside of the restaurant was however the service, we had to keep asking for the waiter, whether it was for more wine, water or to clear the table after every course.
Nevertheless, all in all the ambiance is amazing! The overall feel amazing and the food to die for.
