I feel confident in saying that Carbon Bistro is currently my favourite spot for food and drinks in Pretoria. Their meat is always cooked to absolute perfection, management and staff are beyond helpful, welcoming and friendly, and their cocktails are out of this world. Besides boasting a fully-fledged gin-on-tap system (very unique for PTA), they also have a wide variety of craft beers that perfectly complement a well-planned, varied menu that will see you coming back for more. Try the ginger berry as a starter, have champagne with your mains and definitely try their brisket.
