We stayed here as a couple and as part of a group. We had room 530 which had - as it seemed most standard rooms - a really impractical design.
There were no curtains, just a slide-across blind.
The toilet was in little ‘room’, the shower was in another little ‘room’. Lots of doors to open/close. Towels for the shower hung outside the shower room. The hairdryer lead was not long enough for the user to see the mirror.
There was only one towel in the room when we arrived and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was good, but the serving counter for bread and rolls was too high to see the food, never mind serve oneself!
And with about 50-60 people in the breakfast room during the time we were there, one coffee machine was certainly not enough.
One good point: the free shuttle to the Sandton centre was much appreciated.More
