This square is a must for city dwellers and visitors alike. Touch the Mandela statute, dine at one of the restaurants, soak up the atmosphere, look at the interesting people.
Ideal for a city visit.

Walk around Nelson Mandela Square on Saturday 11/11/17 after window shopping inside Sandton City, overall a relaxing square to sit & watch the world go by, some Cafe's & restaurants around the square. Taxi Stand only a few mins walk away on exiting.
Don't forget to negotiate your taxi fare before leaving & I paid 200.00 rand returning back to Johannesburg CBD & the driver initially asked for 400.00 The Square is suitable for all ages especially the water spray jets for children.
