Description: Beejuice Cafe is situated at the Old Railway Station in Wilderness, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the old railway line. We are easily accessible from the N2 (turn left off the N2 just before heading up the Kaaimans Pass towards George - left again brings you to the tracks - you will spot us!) We are a stone's throw from the beach and dogs are welcome on a lead

Beejuice has a great location almost on the Wilderness beachfront and has the attraction of being the old train station on the old tracks and the benefit of getting a lot of passing traffic going to the beach with no competition on Sands Road that I am aware of. We have been there a couple of times in the past when staying in Wilderness and enjoyed it.

During a visit to the beach this time, I grabbed a takeaway Cappuccino which wasn't great as pretty weak and then we went back the next day with the family planning on having some late morning scones (advertised on the board outside) and tea/coffee.

I could see that the service was going to be pretty slow so went inside to check with the manager whether there were freshly baked scones and put in our order. He admitted that the scones were baked the previous day, were small and that there was a temporary problem with the coffee machine. He seemed a bit like a deer in the headlights!

We decided to leave and not have anything.

We had a quick breakfast at Beejuice and really enjoyed sitting in the winter sun next to the old railway line. The service was quick and the poached eggs on pesto toast were superb. My husband was a bit disappointed there was no marmalade but otherwise it was a great breakfast.

Good quality food at a quiet place, close to the beach perfect after a walk in town or on the beach to cool down.

We googled a place to eat at on a Sunday in Wilderness, somewhere close to the beach. Beejuice cafe came up on Google maps and when we drove past the one side it looked quite desolate. When we drove around the sea side of it, it looked very welcoming. It has great outdoor tables with big umbrellas and we could smell the lovely smell of the sea wafting in. Upon recommendation of the waiter, we order a curry and a burger and we were not disappointed. The food was super delicious. Our kids were happy to cruise around and play on the deck and on the stone pathway
