Upon checking rates as a walk in;was quoted rates of $50.00 a night / $350.00 a week / 1250 a month no tax on monthly rate.
Decided to stay a month at checkin went to pay and total was $1333.00 said resort fee added on.
Stayed 2 weeks and 4 days. Should have been $700 for the two weeks and $200 for the extra 4 days = $900 + tax
Was told rates had gone up and was charged $1196.46 for 2 weeks and 4 days

Stayed here one night as a stopover en route to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and adequate, just about, the bed felt like it was stuffed with straw and the pillows were awful. It's in a good location to walk to local restaurants and the place was quiet. Breakfast was adequate, ok for a stopover but wouldn't want to spend more than one night here.

The rooms are outdated, but overall clean. It is obvious that this hotel is used for the Lake Havasu partiers.
Very quiet during our stay. They have free breakfast of belgian waffles, juice, some donuts, cereal etc...
The room had a dog stay in it the black light showed some urine stains on the carpet.
No shear curtains on the windows and the lights from the parking lot next door light up the room when black out curtains are closed. So if you want total darkness ask for an upstairs room.

I feel so fortunate that we found Island Suites! (Thanks other Trip Advisor folks for the recommendation!!) So nice to not be at a tired, moldy chain hotel. This was such a unique place with higher ceilings. It's obvious Island Suites is taken care of by an owner or manager who takes real pride in ownership. Without a doubt one of the cleanest hotels that I've EVER visited.

Friendly staff. It honestly feels (in a good way) like an apartment building that happens to have a front desk. Room was very large for the price. Bed was comfy, the shower was great. Breakfast was nothing special - your standard continental breakfast served at hotels nowadays. We enjoyed the pool. Jacuzzi purists would probably want the hot tub to be a lot hotter. Despite being a pet-friendly hotel, there were never any noise issues ever. NOTE: There is no elevator for guests in the hotel. This was not a problem at all for us (it's only 2-stories tall), but for some this may be an issue to know about.

Since this was my first trip to Havasu, I first started trying to book at one of the hotels closer to the water. Sooooooo grateful I chose Island Suites (a short 2-minute drive from the main area) instead. The London Bridge area is great, but those hotels often have to deal with non-stop boat noise and partiers and music blaring on weekends, it turns out. It was great to escape all that and return to my super-quiet hotel. Loved it.

Room tip: Only 2 floors, but NOTE, no elevator. Those with pets get rooms on the ground floor.
