Check rooms before letting the guests in, have good maintenance staff before you decide to advertise for special week-end. Finally the lights and power were fixed, WIFI connection guided but they apologized for the locker problems and hot water. Well we could manage without small things like locker but not having hot water is unacceptable.

Room Tip: See our comments and the problems we had of not having hot water etc and poor response from reception, maintenance and other staff on our serious problems.

Its average due to uncomfortable experience i encountered. Please use less perfume when scenting the room, i have sinuses and a strong perfume like i experience make my stay uncomfortable and i had to sleep with the room door open the whole night to diffuse the scent.

My stay was excellent and would recommend them to use this facility. I have made some recommendation especially at the front desk. I would appeal to request management to ensure that staff is always polite and civil in the presence of guests.

Unhappy experience, rooms suffered from overall cleanliness, water damp problems. Skirting boards where rotten, sliding door leading out to pool inoperable. Shower leaked through onto the carpet next the bed, tv remote worked with great difficulty, the food preparation requires more effort as well al overall cleanliness, the overall impression was that it was a filthy hotel, would definitely consider other options in Mahikeng.

Disappointing overall. The only excellent went to the lady who checked us in and the bell boy who took our luggage to the room was friendly and helpful.

The room was ok not great but acceptable.

However the food was at best average and the waiters were so slow! Because it was buffet in the evening and a la carte was not available was the only reason that we managed to have a meal in a reasonable time. We had a 9 hour drive the next day and being informed that breakfast started at 6.30 this suited us well. However when we arrived at the restaurant nothing was ready and after waiting 15 minute. we ended up without tea or coffee and cold scrambled egg.
Cannot in all honesty recommend this hotel, the management need to up their game.
