I am a stickler for service, and in my last 100 or so interactions with Cape Town waitrons - whom are generally super slack and doing you a massive favour - Thando's service stands out head and shoulders. As in 30% tip level good.
I'm not going to recount everything he did right, but suffice to say that he got them all VERY right, and should be filmed working and used as an example of best practice for waitron training everywhere.
