The resort is great...the reception staff are very efficient and pleasant, the customer service desk staff are very helpful, there are lots of on-site facilities so plenty to do. Our room had a bedroom with two comfortable double beds, desk area, table and chair with the main bathroom (jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks) en-suite, there was also a wardrobe/dressing area, a second shower room/toilet plus a large living area with desk, table & chairs, coffee table etc...and both rooms had flat screen tvs but with limited English language programmes. There was a balcony were views over the gardens and into the trees which was lovely and ensured a great nights sleep as the area was very quiet. The welcome bottle of wine and box of Turkish Delight was appreciated.
The on site beauty salon in the Spa was nice....although the prices are the same as in London or Paris. The pool was a little chilly for my liking ..but then it did offer the possibility to swim from the inside to the outside - and it was November!....
The restaurants offered a great selection of food, both precooked and with the option to have your choice of food cooked to order. They changed it up every night with a different theme so it never got too boring.
A shuttle bus operates between the hotel and the Gloria Golf Course as well as the sister resorts so easy to get around.
There is a local town (Belek) but I have to be honest and say all we did was drive past it so I couldn't say what it was like - there is so much at the resort that there was no need to go.

We booked a golf vacation as a package with 5 greenfees and half board at Gloria Verde Resort. The hotel is one of many in Belek, but a real 5 star hotel. Great service, nice and very clean rooms, nice wellness area and excellent food. Golf is great in Belek, there are so many courses you can play, and when booked via a package from home they are really affordable. All courses we played were in a very good shape. And all Club House Restaurants had good food and drinks. The only exception was Tat Golf Course, a wonderful course but a rip-off at the restaurant with prices double as high as at the other places.

Gloria Verde is really to recommend, there are many activities you can join, but you can also just relax. We also visited the a la carte French restaurant, which was awesome, and the beach bar "Neptuno" has such a wonderful view of the sea and a nice lounge area. Pool area looks beautiful, however in end-November it was too cold to use the outside area. Inside they have a nice Thalasso Pool and saunas, great to relax.

Food in the main restaurant was different every day, very tempting and alway fresh and tasty. Unbelievable variety, and incredible dessert buffet.

Room Tip: standard room is spacious and very quiet, good value.

We were staying in one of the 10 select villas at this resort. They were absolutely amazing - own private swimming pool, own a la carte restaurant all inclusive waiter service bar etc etc. There was the full use of a golf buggy to get you around and on the beach had use of 4 poster bed/loungers with waiter service. Clean towels and linen changed daily, all inclusive really means all inclusive - even a mini bar with EVERYTHING in it. At the main pools they would get extra sunbeds out if none were available, very attentive staff in every area. Would recommend this hotel even without staying in a villa as the service is second to none.

Room Tip: We stayed in a villa but all rooms I think are very similat. Ground floor rooms seem really good

We stayed 16-23 October and weather was ideal. Around 26 every day. We booked a junior suite but was upgraded to a family suite as they said it would be better for our 16 year old to have his own room, which it was.
The family suite was in a block next to the reception area and only 2 min walk. Very clean. No sea view though, but most rooms will have no view as there us a hill between beah and accommodation. The gardens are nice though and well kept.I think only the top floor rooms in main block will have a sea view if that's what you are after.
Meals were good - Asian and French a la carte were excellent. Buffet downstairs was also goo with plenty of selection.
Drinks for all inclusive were excellent and probably the best I have experienced at all Inc. All brand names. A but pricey if you are half board but only to be expected at 5 star. Around 3.3 euros for a small beer, 8 euros for vodka and coke.
The pier was excellent and there is jet skis etc to hire on beach for the hotel guests.
During the day there was archery and air gun shooting twice a day to keep teenagers busy.
Swimming pool was good and plenty of sunbeds. Never saw anyone reserving then with towels which was good.
At lunch you can get snacks at beach, verde pub and main restaurant so plenty choice.
For golfers I would advise booking online before you come as you might get a deal. Courses are around 80 euros per round booked onsite so a but pricey when you add clubs etc. You can walk to clubhouse through gol course on paths from the hotel in a nice 20 min stroll.
Entertainmet every night was ok, just the usual karaoke dancing etc.
You an get the shuttle to Gloria serenity if you like which is ok.
We went to see a show and it was ok. Serenity looked very modern but I was happy we chose verde after seeing it.
Overall I would def recommend verde - it was exactly what we wanted. Very clean. Polite staff. And as quiet as you want it to be.
Taxi to town was 5 euros but to be honest it was usual Turkish copy shops everywhere hassling you to come in. But if you like that kind of thing then you will be happy.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times before & i have really enjoyed my stay every time.
the rooms are nice with all the mod cons you will need for your stay.the staff were very friendly & did nothing was too much trouble.
we stayed in this hotel to use as a base for playing golf, we were a group of 12 & we like this hotel as it's a bit smaller than most so it has a more relaxed feel which is just what we want.
the spa is great along with the pool which is a must, after a hard days golf.
food was very nice with a good choice.
we have found that the golf is getting very busy (we went in March) with rounds taking 5 hours now i know we were on holiday but trying to cram as many golfers on the courses at one time is in my opinion starting to hurt this place as golfers will start to look elsewhere to play abroad.but the hotel is very good & the place is well run, if they could just sort out the speed off play it would be perfect

This was our second visit to this Hotel. Our room was a Junior Suite on the ground floor and it opened out directly onto the gardens, and we had daily visits from the Squirrels and various birds looking for handouts.(got some lovely photo's).
The food in the main restaurant was excellent and really well presented,so much so that we did not feel the need to try the two A La Carte restaurants. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I both used the Spa and enjoyed it very much.
The evening entertainment was quite good ,although to be honest we had reasonably early nights most of the time. The noise from the Disco in the nearby hotel was a little disturbing at first but not so bad as to keep us awake for long.
Now for the downside.
We were very disappointed with the golf, twenty seven of the fortyfive hole were closed for overseeding and this meant that the remaining eighteen holes were very congested and play was very slow.Five and a half hours, and we were only a two ball!!
Outside the main restaurant is a notice board urging ladies to were their best dresses for the evening meal, why then do they allow some of the "gentlemen" to wear Jeans and Shorts,on one occassion some clown arrived for dinner wearing a vest, swim trunks, and flip flops, just the right outfit for a Five Star Hotel.
All that aside and allowing for the bad manners of some of the Russian guests,we had a good time and would go again.
One last thing for the gentlemen. If you enjoy being pampered with a nice shave and face massage, visit Mehmet in the hairdressers,it's great.
