Lovely hotel looked after by friendly staff. Beach bar staff were excellent, even without seeming to notice you they knew you were next in line!
Food A1 and varied but always superb. Rooms clean and spacious.

My husband and I are off to this wonderful hotel for the 4th time in September, we love it there. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is out of this world, this is the only down fault - the weight you put on, you can't resist, especially the gorgeous puddings! Last year we had free sunbeds on the beach which was a bonus if you fancied a change from around the pool. The weather was lovely and hot, not a drop of rain until our last day when we had a real storm, this sometimes happens in September but soon passes. There are a lot of trips to go on but it is advisable to book these independantly as they can be pricey booked through your rep. You will get a welcome meeting at the start of your hols. and the rep. will tell you all about the hotel and area. The evening entertainment can be as lively or quiet as you wish depending on which bar you visit. There is music and dancing or you can relax by the pool bar and chat with other guests or the waiters will keep you amused. The shops are minimal but a short dolmus ride away is Hisaranou where there are far more on offer and also on a Monday there is a local market for all your designer fakes!

Room Tip: I emaied the hotel before going last year and requested a room.

Lovely location; quiet compared to some places, but enough going on about. Beautiful sunsets. First class hotel with very high standards; housekeeping, reception, dining - couldn't find a fault. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were all inclusive - very good value for money, and certainly hadn't expected such high standards - in fact I was rather worried that as we were on a package the food might just be quantity but was glad to find it was both quality and an amazing selection and variety.

This is a late review as I stayed last year. My and my partner (22 & 23 years of age) stayed here for 10 nights in August 2011, booked through Thompson, and we had a perfect stay.

I had reserved about Turkey because I had been to Bodrum prior to this holiday, very fun but not somewhere I would like to take my partner. But Olu Deniz is like a different country.

--Rooms-- The rooms are not particularly stunning or luxurious, but they are a nice size, very clean, very comfortable and homely. Our first room was a bit of a dissapointment because there was a tree growing into the balcony but after speaking with the extremely helpful and polite staff we were moved into a different room with no problem.

--Staff/Treatment-- From the moment we arrived through to the moment we left we were made to feel exceptionally welcome and comfortable by the very professional staff. The staff seem to be treated well and the majority seem to really enjoy working here which again makes for a great atmosphere. There are many characters within the staff which adds an element of fun to the hotel. You will always be made to feel welcome and made to feel special.

--Location-- Amazing, almost built on the amazing beach. The restaurant looks out onto the beach and its breathtaking to have eat here with the views. Olu Deniz is great, and has everything you need. Don't be put of if you have been to a different area of Turkey and not like it, this place is great. The area caters for everyone, Romance and Relaxation, Plenty of nightlife, lovely highstreet with really good fakes, great places to eat and short taxi drive to bigger cities, endless activities at really good prices. You could go with the family, take the kids or as I did with your partner. I probably would not reccomend it for groups of guys or groups of girls with the intention of partying although the nighlife is good and fun. Me and my partner did a few trips which were all very cheap and really good fun. For couples I would reccomend everything that we did:
- Island boat tour - £5 each for the day - lunch included (great fun, slide on boat, full day, staff were a bit pushy with selling drinks, but they were still reasonably priced)
- Night boat trip - £7 each for the evening - Amazing locally prepared food included, fresh fish rice etc. This was our favorite. you come back in the dark, We went to the top deck (no roof) lay on the provided mattresses and watched the stars, saw a few shooting stars
- Dalyan mudbaths - Again cheap, great fun, original photo opportunitie, experience some culture
- Speed boat hire - £90 full day - go in search of little private coves and go snorkelling - sleep on the boat, amazing. (Marine life not great, nothing compared to Egypt, but still fun)
I'm also pretty sure that Olu Deniz is the #2 paragliding location in the world, second to somewhere in New Zealand.
Needless to say there is something for everyone.

--Ambience-- In my opinion the hotel has nailed it. The restaurant is laid out beautifully, the lighting is really relaxing but fun at the same time and in the evening, after sunset, the bar is lighted very stlyishly and it becomes the life of the beach strip. If you want to relax there is an adults only pool which is very quiet, or if you fancy some more fun then head to the large main pool where there is music, hotel entertainment etc etc.

--Service-- 5* service from start to finish. Although it is all inclusive the staff will still serve your drinks to your table/seat and you will rarely have to wait. As alreasy mentioned the staff are extremely friendly and professional from start to finish.

--Food/Drinks-- A really pleasent surprise for an all inclusive. Although it is buffet style you would not guess from the quality of the food. There is somehting here for everyone and the food changes every evening. The buffet is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Live chefs will cook up different dishes every night. We didnt try the A la carte but we heard good things. The food in the local area is very nice.

the only negative I can think of is it can be difficult to get a sun lounger by the pool unless you get up early. But the hotel also provides loungers in the gardens and on the beach. The beach has small stones where the water breaks and the waves can be quite strong. Stones arent a problem just wear flip flops, waves were fun but the could be a problem for the more frail.

As mentioned we spent 10 nights here and did not want to go home after, I would love to go back and would happily reccomend this hotel to any friends or family.

Room Tip: Break up your stay with local excursions at very good prices usually with amazing local food include...

i have had the best experience ever from the booking with 321 travel, superb flight with thomsons and when i thought it couldn't get any better the hotel is a little gem. It was absolutely brilliant from booking in to the spotlessy clean room through to the dinning experience which will surpass anyone's expectations. Every member of the staff from management to cleaners always passed you with a smile, hello and if required can i help you. Nothing was too much and i cant wait to return this year, and on another note we would never have booked this holiday if it hadn't been for the first hand knowledge of the staff at 321 travel a small independant agency that care, a much better experience than with the multiples on the high street.

Room Tip: if you want a quieter break the rooms in the annexe across the road from the main hotel are ideal, t...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2011 and it's the best all inclusive holiday I've ever had.

The staff are just amazing, they make you welcome and look genuinely happy to be working there. There is just a really lovely vibe about the place. The main pool bar was our favourite... Fatih was the bar manager when we were there and he was hilarious and made us very welcome. All the staff around that bar were amazing day and night, I can't stress that enough! We also loved the fact you get waiter service at the sun loungers.

We went for a massage which was ok, then I went and had a pedicure and my boyfriend had a Turkish shave. They are excellent value for money and the guy who runs it is very friendly and makes it a lovely experience.

The food is gorgeous. They haven't over looked the small things either... As simple as this may sound, the bread is just gorgeous and the selection of mains they have is excellent. We went to the a la carte one night but the buffet restaurant was better. It doesn't feel canteeny like other all inclusives... It's in a beautiful setting and you can either look out towards mountains or to the sea. They have proper table cloths and you can ask for a carafe of wine and not waste time with glasses. It's nice to be in an all inclusive where the drinks aren't in tiny glasses... You get proper measures!

The main evening bar on the beach front was always busy and people come from outside the hotel which is a good sign. It has great atmosphere and the owner was there getting involved which I feel really makes a difference.

The location is stunning... Just beautiful. We went to the blue lagoon but it was packed... The beach outside the hotel is much better. It's also nice that you are in a town that you can go and wander around in the evenings etc as far too many all incs are in the middle of nowhere and if someone just put you there you wouldn't even be able to tell what country you were in. This at least gives you something extra.

The rooms don't match the hospitality and the lovely surroundings but the bathroom was modern and it was fine for us as a couple, although I don't think you'd want 3 in a room. The garden setting is beautiful, the photos just don't do it justice.

We only had a week here but we wished we had gone for 10 or 14 nights as by the time we felt fully relaxed and ready to do an excursion the one we wanted to do was only ran once a week and we missed it!

On the subject of excursions / activities, I would stress that you need to be mindful that paragliding is an extreme sport as whilst your lying on a sunbed or on a lilo in the pool and your watching them gracefully glide down and land with ease, it's easy to forget the dangers involved with this sport where ever you do it.

We did book last minute and got this at a bargain price through Thomson, but I would pay more to stay here again. I'm always on the look out incase a good price comes up as I'd go back there in a flash. It's a very well run hotel in amazing scenery.  Can't fault the hotel, I can easily see why so many people return each year.
