We stayed here 4 nights and pre arranged a hotel shuttle pickup from the airport as we were struggling to get local currency before we left and therefore couldn't rely on getting a taxi. Pick up was perfect despite our flight being about an hour late in arriving. We got to the hotel prior to the advertised check in time but the receptionist assisted us in getting into our room early which was greatly appreciated after a long haul flight overnight. Whilst all the staff were excellent, Francesco was the person we had the most dealings with. He was very professional, happy to assist with arranging taxis, advising og local restaurants to go to and general information. Brilliant service provided. Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and a couple fo hot dishes which gave you a good start to the day. Hotel was located in a quiet area but very central to a lot of tourist attractions. Would happily go back and would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of going to Buenos Aires.More
