I stayed in this hotel for a week and had such a great time I didn’t want to leave... the front desk staff went above and beyond even before I arrived. Their English speaking skills were greatly appreciated since my Spanish is extremely limited... Angel assisted me in ensuring that an important package would arrive safely from the U.S., Cristian helped me to order food to be delivered one night, and the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was lovely, the rooms were spotless, newly renovated and made me feel like I was living in my very own apartment in Buenos Aires complete with a little kitchenette! The location is fabulous - very close to beautiful Recoleta, stores, restaurants, and all the other sights to be seen are just a short drive away. We have stayed at this hotel for a business trip. We were in a group of 3 and after a horrible experience in other hotel in Palermo region, our company agency has provided us a 11 nights stay at this Hotel.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy, had a refrigerator, microwave. Bed was really comforble, AC was working really well (it was around 35 degrees at some days).

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they have provided us all information we needed and one special note and complement to the kind lady which serves the breakfast (Claudia). By the way, breakfast was simple, but it was really good. Fresh pastries, medialunas baked on the place.

Hotel is placed in a very nice neibourghood, not that close from Recoleta Cemitery, for example, but with a short walk a lot of places can be reached out, like Colon Theatre, the Obelisco, as well as a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within less than 400mts walk.

Even for tourism, it is a great place. If I come to Buenos Aires once again in the future, I will make sure to check this place availability.
