After staying at a terrible place in Mendoza previously, Windmill came to my rescue! They were able to accommodate me on short notice, which was appreciated. The owners were present at the facility and you can tell they take pride in their space. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean, great WiFi. Not sure the story on the building but enjoyed its historic charm. It was social (had a great group for a cycling wine tour and made some dinner together), but not a late night party environment as was able to get a good sleep.Their terrace is lovely and breakfast was one of the best I've had during my time in SA.

Stayed here for 4 days - it’s a great hostel. Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, rooms with lockers, roof terrace, awesome breakfast. I really loved the vibe at the hostel. They arrange many tours around Mendoza and the place is close to the bus station.

Nicely located, the city centre and main bus station are less than 10 minutes walk away. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful and went above and beyond on a number of occasions, storing baggage, booking taxis and printing out tickets, nothing was too much trouble, I'd definitely go back.

The service is the best, the owners are very kind and gave us lots of good information.
Beds are comfortable, clean sheets and towels.
Breakfast is too basic and not good quality. They could make it better and charge it separately or just eliminate it and keep same night fare.
There is a cat and a dog that are in the reception and kitchen sometimes, they are very nice, but some people might not like to share indoors with pets.
Overall I had a good experience.

Hi Selma. Thanks for the review. For breakfast we have: Coffee, different clases of tea, chocolate, cereals, fruit(bananas when you were here), bread, jam, dulce de leche, butter, boiled eggs, milk, honey, cookies. That's not basic for what you are paying!(10 dollars)You were in the most expensive country in Southamerica.
About the dog and the cat, in every website we made clear that they are here.

Only stayed one night but was fantastic. Rooms great with power by each bed. Location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal and in the city centre. Staff were amazing and helped me with everything!! Plenty of bathrooms and showers, never needed to wait.
