The room was clean and the receiving staff were very helpful and friendly. I just had a miscommunication with this old lady in the kitchen. I asked if she can boil food for my lunchbox which she gladly did. But turned sour when she misunderstood it and charged me $200ar. I gave the money right away to avoid an argument. But it’s not about the money. It was her bad attitude. She shouldn’t work in hospitality.
It’s a regret for me to write this negative review given that everything else was alright. But as they say, positive experiences are forgotten with just one unpleasant experience.
