The rooms of the hotel are outdated (TV, beds and decorations), does not have a warm welcoming feeling. Since these rooms are old, you can hear everyone in the hallway.
Seems the concierge service was overwhelmed due to the high season. If you plan to be in this hotel during high season, do not count on the internet (the front desk said it was not working due to the high volume of people arriving).
We had an issue with the gas/electricity, since the Interval voucher specified an amount and we got charged a higher amount. I talked to the front desk and they requested me to email the Interval voucher (note: bring the voucher printed out), but they never responded or changed the amount. The Interval voucher specified the amount to be charged by the number of rooms (dormitories) and they charged as if we had 3 rooms. When I asked why, they explained that we were 4 in the room (2 adults & 2 small children). So without a proper explanation, we felt overcharged...
I will not recommend this hotel to family or friends.More
