We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our Arizona vacation and I can really only think of a couple of things that were negative about our stay. The bathroom door swings outward into the room entry way and constantly seems to be in the way when you are in the room. We found the pool too cold to use and although the hot tub could have a fantastic view of the mountains it is blocked by a colored privacy screen over the fence.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the mountains behind the hotel was fantastic but we couldn’t see it from our room. There were plenty of places to eat right in the area. We found the breakfast about average but the room was very bright and attractive. We were pleased with our stay and I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

This is a bit of an older property located in the beautiful Oro Valley. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was young and perhaps in training, but she did seem very accomadting amd friendly. The breakfast was average and a tad bit messy and unclean. The breakfast staff seemed disengaged and perhaps tired. I used reward points to book two rooms and am glad I didn’t pay for it.

Stayed for one night recently before our visit to Miraval. Found it to be just what we were looking for. Room was decent, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We got to the breakfast right as it opened and the food was plentiful and varied. Better than the average free hotel breakfast.

Seemed to be under renovation but no big deal after we killed the roach in the bathroom. breakfast was almost non-existent! Ran out of eggs and sausage at 9:00 and after 20 minutes brought out something scrambled, never replaced the omelets. Fruit wasn't ripe, the few pieces of Canadian bacon were completely over heated and curled up. Not up to normal Fairfield standards.

This hotel is an inexpensive option if you want to experience Tucson on a budget. It's clean and comfortable, but... everything is disposable! The plates, utensils and cups at the breakfast, all disposable. Not a single reusable piece! It was very disappointing. The small bottles of shampoo and conditioner vs. the refillable tanks in the shower...come on guys, it's 2018.
My other issue is that the front desk needs to be properly trained. The young lady checking me in had been painting her nails, and there was nail polish on her shirt. Please issue her a polo shirt or other Marriott uniform and have a meeting about what is and what is NOT ok to do while working the front desk.
Other than that, it's a nice, fairly quiet place to stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view.
