We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the lady who came in and cleaned it everyday was helpful and friendly. We were traveling with a 18 month-old and everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. However, I would like to particularly thank Nora and MaryAnn in the breakfast room on the 2nd floor. The little one accidentally spilled a large cup of liquid and they rushed over to help clean it up and could not have been nicer about it. And when the saw our little friend, who caused the problem, they just knew exactly what happened. What a great place to stay. You can walk anywhere from here.

Room Tip: Our room had a beautiful view of the city at night. I am sure most rooms do as it downtown

This is an excellent location for working or visiting in the downtown area and the light rail from the airport or a short uber ride is very convenient. With all the fantastic eating and entertainment options within walking distance you literally can see your options from your room window. The extended stay option is a real plus with modern rooms that have fridge/kitchen set up, etc... Breakfast is easily grabbed in house via breakfast room and/or Starbucks Bistro. It’s cool to be right next to the baseball stadium and the bar/restaurant scene they have. Check out the Park Bar with their Craft Beer Garden (IPA’s) The staff has been to notch as well. It’s been a great experience so far.

I was in Phoenix for business and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It is very centrally located so getting around by walking was very easy. Restaurants, sporting arena's, etc..are all very close. Each room has a small kitchenette and the rooms are very spacious and nice. They seemed recently renovated. The staff was wonderful and very helpful anytime we asked or needed anything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived after an overnight flight at 9 a.m. The young lady (purple tinted braids) manning the entrance at the curb desk was awesome! (I apologize - I can't remember her name and do not want to post an incorrect name.) She greeted us multiple times as if we were her best friends from the start. The front desk staff, Rocio and Kiersten, secured our luggage and made recommendations of things to see/do until a room was available. They were courteous, helpful and always made sure you had everything you needed. We called a few hours later and VOILA! A room was ready several hours before standard check in! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice pillows and just the right thickness of blanket with the AC. Breakfast was amazing (for vegans and non-vegans) and the serving team kept the foods well stocked (choices included: oatmeal, fruit, waffle mix, yogurt, cereal, coffee, eggs, etc.) despite the crowd and last minute rush before closing. There was plenty of seating and a variety of seating styles to chose from, too. Kevin from Housekeeping was very kind and made sure that you knew the floor was wet (besides the sign he had posted). We did have a small maintenance issue (bedside lights not working) that was fixed promptly. The hotel is brand new and the team is keeping it that way: everything is clean and well cared for despite how busy they were.

Room Tip: Tenth floor facing Chase Stadium was quiet after the AZ wildcard game and lots of people in the streets.

We were checked into our room within 5 minutes of arriving to the hotel! Our room as well as every other part of the hotel was very clean. Our room was very spacious with an incredible view. The free breakfast was full of choices: eggs - sausage - oatmeal - fruit - waffles & much more. The restaurant downstairs was also a quick great choice for a late dinner. Side note - Netflix on the TV was awesome to have!
