We stayed at this location for one night after flying into Phoenix. The property is a little older, however, our stay was great. The front desk team was very friendly and welcoming. The bar had a nice happy hour. Our server had a positive attitude and worked hard. Clean cold guest room with comfortable bed. Hot breakfast food the next morning left a little to be desired but there was enough fruit and breads to make up for it. Starbucks attendants wonderful! Overall the staff made our stay outstanding!

After having a disappointing stay at the Four Points South in Phoenix, we decided to take a chance on another Four Points on the northside of Phoenix! MISTAKE!! Although this property looks better and has much better customer service, the rooms are a disaster. Having blue hair coming out of the shower drain; having to deal with malfunctioning a/c when it's close to 100 outside; finding the second room we were given had the same a/c malfunction; and finally, being told that the on-site mechanic had been so overworked due to a/c situations that he had left and no one was available...THAT was the final straw. We checked out at 1:30am, after having arrived at 8pm and took to the road again!

Room Tip: Find a different hotel, not the other Four Points!

Dear James R., Thank you for taking the time to write on TripAdvisor. I am so sorry this was your experience at our hotel. We truly don't like to hear that we fell short and that you had a negative experience. I will address with our team your experience to ensure that we deliver a different guest experience moving forward. I would love for you to give us another try as this is definitely not our standard, where you can experience the service we are known for. Again, I am genuinely sorry this happened and we will make the improvements for the future.

Stayed here because it was scheduled for a work meeting. My first room was as dark as a dungeon and no privacy, as it faced inward. I was moved when requested, but didn't sleep well due to the noise level of the freeway. Recommend staying someplace else if you need privacy, natural light, and quiet!

My husband and I spent Saturday, Sept.23rd at the Sheraton Four Points in Phoenix,Arizona. The hotel was on Peoria Ave. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. We stayed using points as a Sheraton Preffered Guest, a service of our time share 4th through Vistana. We were greeted by an attendant specifically placed for Sheraton Gold Star Guests. We had reserved a room with a standard king size bed. We were informed we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. An upgrade is something we usually have to ask for so this was a pleasant surprise. We had a choice of extra points toward another stay or 2 drink coupons for use in the car on site. We choose the drinks and as a side, I ordered a him and tonic and was asked what type of gin I wanted! Usually with a coupon you are given the cheapest gin they have. Our room was exceptionally clean, I've never felt such soft towels. There was a plumbing problem somewhere below our room and we were advised by phone call to please not use the water for a time. As compensation for the inconvenience we were given 2 coupons for the Sunday morning buffet which was wonderful. We went out for dinner and received a call that the plumbing issue was more serious then they had thought and they would need to offenter our room and fix it from our bathroom. No problem for us-we weren't there anyhow. When we returned we were advised the plumbing issue was fixed and house keeping should have cleaned our bathroom. It was not cleaned so we called down to advise them and they apologized and said someone would be there right away. We decided to go to the bar for our drink and while there the manager/head chef found us and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. He advised us the amount of points we used to rent the room had been returned to our account. This was going far and above what we ever would have expected. He even offered us another drink which we declined. The next morning on the way to breakfast we ran into the manager again and he greeted us by name! All this and neither of us had ever expressed a complaint about anything! On our way out the manager again apologized and said " we are better then that, none off that should have happened." We understand even in the best places things happen. We are booked to spend next Sunday, at the same hotel before we fly.home on the next day. We are looking forward to our stay there very much. Thanks to all the staff and the management at the Sheraton Four Points on Peoria Ave in Phoenix, Arizona for going way above and beyond. We highly recommend the rooms, the restaurant and the towels! Outstanding!!!!

The rooms are a bit dated, but are in excellent shape. Large beautiful indoor pool is surrounded by the rooms (the only downside here is the pervasive "pool smell" in the atrium areas). There is a second outdoor pool, so you have a choice. Their breakfast buffet is good and well stocked. Four computers and a printer are available for guest use. Location is convenient for many business and university guests.
