Tired from a whole day of driving, my wife and I and our friends were warmly greeted by staff and given a complete tour and overview for our stay. We immediately felt at home and cared for. Our room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable. The kitchenette was ample, clean, and with sufficient supplies/utensils to fix lunch and snacks. The bathroom was convenient and spotless. In addition, outside patio areas were available adjacent to all rooms, providing relaxation in the breeze and birds flitting through the trees. It was a bonus to meet other couples spending time away and getting a flavor of other parts of the country [which is why we choose B&B's]. But the highlight of the stay was breakfast. Dawn [owner] fixed meals that were second to none in any B&B or hotel serving breakfast. In fact, I can't remember having two breakfasts in a row that I liked better on the road. Sue [one of the innkeepers] served the meal and was warm, pleasant, and attentive. Both she and Dawn visited with us throughout the meal - we felt like family sharing our love for travel, the outdoors, our families, etc. All the innkeepers provided needed local information, which was readily available. We arrived in hopes of planning our activities based upon their seasoned recommendations. We were not disappointed. Most of our stay, whether sightseeing, shopping, or dining conformed to their suggestions and we enjoyed Prescott better than any previous visit. Oh, and this was not our first stay at Prescott Pines. Former visits were under different management and were fine - but this time was tops ! ! !
