“How close we came...”
Reviewed 15 February 2012

This is the last of the US missle silos, now used as a museum. Tours are conducted by people who actually worked at the facility during the cold war years. It is an erie feeling to walk the corridors and look out at a missile still in place although disarmed.

“Cold War Weapons”
Reviewed 13 February 2012

A real trip back to the time of the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union. This tour shows how much destruction one Titan Missile could bring to an enemy of the USA. It also shows just how difficult it would have been to launch these ICBM's accidentally. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone. It is truly an educational tour. You go down in the only remaining silo and view the Titan II Missile as well as the command center. One of the Star Wars movies was filmed in the silo. An hour trip but there is an all day excursion as well.

cool in that you get to see firsthand one of the US's Titan Missile silos. Scary just how tense the cold war was

Very informative and interactive...but watch out for the rattlesnakes on the way down the stairs!

“A must see, it's a blast!”
Reviewed 4 February 2012

Been meaning to visit this for a while now and finally had the time to do so. It really is a must see. A piece of important US history.
The tour was well guided, very informative, with so much more there than you expect. Ten out of ten!
