At first glance from the road it is hard to determine what you are getting. It is an older resort so keep that in mind. The main area of the checkin is nice and decorated beautifully. Our room was large but the decor was dated and the quality of the furniture was “economical”. The walls are thin so you will hear outside noise. The highlight of this property is the courtyard. A lot of seating, green landscape and two separate pools. Overall we enjoyed the property but it is not a five star, a solid four.

This is a amazing place to kick back and relax. The pool area is very cool. The bartenders are a very professional and make sure have a margarita. My wife had a drink called the rum diary very good. Later we took the hotel shuttle downtown for s great night. Perfect.

Great place, with sizable pools; great wine list, and quaint. Beds need to be replaced and the pillows and linens. Need to offer water for free in the rooms, and int the internet is not secured or available 24/7.

The lobby and grounds of The Scott was gorgeous. So much attention to detail in the decor and every corner of the outside area is welcoming and relaxing. I loved all the water features and beautiful flowers and private areas to enjoy. Located near downtown Scottsdale where all the restaurants and bars are and the hotel offers a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up. There is a $40/day resort fee which feels deceiving when you’re comparing prices but because I loved the hotel so much I will come again.

Here for a couple days for business and had to give a couple shout outs. Huge thanks to the gentleman checking me in. There was an error on my part and he went above and beyond to find me a room and have it cleaned so I had a place to stay. While waiting for my room I sat down at the bar, had an amazing dinner and the service from Tommy was one of a kind. Tommy was helpful with food and drink suggestions, extremely kind and his service was top notch. After a long day in heels, it was refreshing to be met by such professionals.
