We are currently staying here. We so excited when we drove into the property. The front desk was very kind and nice. However the room is so bad that we are literally whispering. It is a romantic get away for us and there is a wooden door that separates us from the unit next door and they are eating and doing dishes or something literally in the room we are sitting in right next to the door. There is no other place to sit and the bed is right there. We have stuffed extra blankets and towels near the door to buffer the sound. We are hyatt members and wasted an award night for this junky terrible room. Also, the kind bed sits upon a rickety metal frame that squeaks and the mattress is hard as a brick. Maybe the other rooms are nicer, but the studio is just terrible and I plan on contacting Hyatt management tomorrow. We wasted our night.

You wont be disappointed by staying at this hotel. The rooms are extremely clean, large, and have every amenity. Also, the staff is very accommodating. This hotel is centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants. This is an excellent location within walking distance to everything....

This is our fourth time staying at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe and every stay has been wonderful. We have brought family on each trip and stay in one of the 2 bedroom condos, which we all love the layout, size and large patios. Besides being a great place to stay, it's best feature is the location. You can walk to uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque. We will be back next year and stay here again.

The Hyatt Pinon Point is 4+ star time share resort in the heart of Sedona. Whether you are an owner, exchanging with another time share company or Hyatt, or just booking directly, there is no better place to stay within the town of Sedona or neighboring Oak Creek. Here is your 30 second read for why this Hyatt is an awesome place to stay while visiting Sedona and surrounding area. The property is roughly 15 years old and is maintained in near immaculate condition. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms; one can choose a very large studio complete with fold out couch and kitchenette, a one or two bedroom. All one bedrooms have a fire place and HUGE bathroom with separate very large soaking tub. Not all rooms have red-rock views and as usual with most reports, room assignment criteria are secret and are stored in a vault somewhere in area 51. We happened to land a second story 1 bedroom with a huge deck and eastern exposure to Snoopy Rock. The pool and exercise area has a community room with huge big screen, pool table and kids camp center that offers babysitting. The pool is tad small for a resort that size but not really crowded. Two hot tubs offer relaxation after a long hike in one of Sedona’s many trails. Staff are outstanding. Yes, the Hyatt is on the spendee side but most upscale accommodations in Sedona are – solid value for an exceptional property. The central location can’t be beat – literally a few minutes’ walk to the shops near the resort and a few more lands you in the heart of the fun part of Sedona. There are state of the art grills in at least three areas; making reservations for the grills in advance assures that you can grill and chill when the time is right for you. Highly recommend.

Room Tip: Request top floor, view and eastern exposure

So great to stay in Sept with kids and grandkids. We had 2 condos at the end of the resort right next to grills and firepit. View was awesome and a family of javalinas walking along the edge of the property with a baby was the icing on a great stay. Staff was so helpful with recommendations for fishing, food and activities for the kids. Walking to restaurants, coffee and ice cream was terrific.
