So i want to start off saying my boyfriend and I stayed in room 16 for one night. I want to give this hotel a fair review

Great things about this hotel: The property is absolutely beautiful and what great layouts of the room. Spiral stair cases are awesome. Front desk guy very funny we found him amusing. Overall great. And the tv worked thats a plus right?

Bad things: If you are a germ freak do not stay here. My boyfriend and i are extremely weary about germs (a fault of our own) But as we inspected the place its was terrible. It could really use some cleaning. The rug as you first walk in was ripped and had so many stains i couldnt imagine who did what on that rug. The towel had a dead bug on it probably a mesquito (who knows im no bug expert). Then we walked upstairs and inspected the bed to find multiple stains throughout the entire bed and dirt. We did not feel comfortable enough to stay there so we found another place. And just let the 200 dollar room go to waste.(wish i woulda given it to a homeless man makes me feel guilty anyways to late now). Then came back the next morning early to check out.

To be absolutely fair we only stayed one night. We didnt call or notify anyone to correct or at least give them a chance to change the sheets. We felt it was already 11 pm and not much we could do at that point.

But i see very good potential in the hotel. Amazing things they could accomplish if they re-did the rooms.

Wife and I had a great time here. Suites were cozy with the fireplace, popcorn and a movie. Felt great to get out of Phoenix. Patio was super relaxing watching the sun rise over the mountains in the early morning. Beautiful creekside to sit or lay down and relax next to. Friendly staff. Took advantage of the Red Rock Pass for hiking. 5 minutes north of some awesome grub.

Gorgeous setting right on Oak Creek just a few miles out of Sedona. Friendly helpful staff. Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room. It was great! Views in every direction. Hammocks by the creek, quiet and relaxing setting!

My husband and our pups came here for a quick relaxing getaway. We loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the room. The location is perfection! Just a short scenic drive from the main Sedona strip. Nestled in the wooded area that backs up to Oak creek. Our favorite part was all of the areas on the property to relax and enjoy the weather! From the hammocks right on the creek for our dogs to play in, to corn hole and the gazebo lawn it was the perfect little getaway! We can't wait to bring our families here

We stayed here for 2 nights while on a road trip to Sedona. I chose this property based on the dog friendly reviews. We were traveling with our 3 year old weimaraner and this was perfect. There is a great grassy area down by the creek as well as plenty of room to explore by the creek. We stayed in unit 11. The room was a bit small, but fine for 2 people. The enclosed patio on the front of our unit was great to sit out and listen to the creek while our dog could enjoy being out with us. Not far down the road was a great grassy picnic park where we took our dog to hike and run a little every day. There was rarely another person there so it was a great find. It was a nice quick drive to go into town and to explore beautiful Sedona. The only complaint that we had was that we could not get cell phone service at all unless we went into Sedona. In most cases it would not have mattered but we had an ill family member that we needed to continue to be updated on. Wifi coverage was spotty. The room was dated but clean. We had a microwave, mini frig and bar sink in the room. The huge in room jacuzzi made the living area small, and the shower was extremely small. A large or tall person would have trouble with that! We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again.

Deborah, I am so sorry about the no cell service. Unfortunately being in the Canyon thats a common issue. We are trying to get ATT to get a tower up here cause thats where most cell issues are from. I, myself have Verizon and its not that great. We hope to see you soon.
