Description: Pandora's Steak House is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in the beautiful community of Grayton Beach. Pandora's has been in business since 1978, and is proud to be the Emerald Coast's oldest family owned and operated Steak House, specializing in only the finest USDA choice heavy western beef and the freshest local seafood. Pandora's steaks and seafood are grilled over an open wood burning pit, using only pure oak, giving the very distinct flavor that we are famous for. Pandora's Steak House is renowned for it's slow roasted Prime Rib au Jus, which is a featured special on Wednesdays and Sundays. Private banquet facilities are available for parties ranging from 20 to 100 people.

We thoroughly enjoyed the steak and lobster at Pandora's about 3 years ago and were not disappointed when we recently visited! Great food, great service, and all around fantastic experience! We will definitely visit again!

We also visited in a separate night late and enjoyed the outdoor bar area and the karaoke. The karaoke DJ was clearly more fond of the locals than the visitors, but we made the best of it and had a great time!

My family's party of 8 had our reservations fall through at another local restaurant, so we headed to Red Bar. But after realizing Red Bar had a 2 hour wait, we went right up the street to Pandora's and got in and seated quickly despite the fact that we were a large party with no reservation.

This place is, well, old. But it's old in a cool, throwback kind of way, which appeals to me. Old wood, dark lighting -- it looks like the kind of place that would dot the 30A area before all the new, bright shiny spaces were built. The menu looked good, and we were happy to be able to get in, so we went straight to our table.

The service was earnest, if a little amateurish, but I have no complaint there. My manhattan was excellent, although the wine list by the glass was limited and uninteresting. To start, we had fried grouper bites, fried green tomatoes, and burgundy mushrooms, all of which were delicious. Their house salad was a boring disappointment -- a handful of iceberg lettuce, some shredded carrots, a few chunks of tomato, exactly 3 croutons, and dressing.

They seem to be known for steak and the medium rare bone in ribeye looked great. I had the grouper special, which was sautéed and topped with spinach, with a crabmeat studded beurre blanc that I asked for on the side. It was really good. Another member of our party had the ribs. Our server warned us they were "not fall off the bone", because they don't boil the ribs before grilling them. Rather, they apply a dry rub and grill them, apparently forever, then bring them out. Definitely, there were not fall off the bone. They more more "gnaw off the bone". I couldn't recommend the ribs at all, Ever.

While there was not live music when we were there, I noticed on a trip to the restroom that they have a stage in a dining room that was empty that night, and I've seen signs at the restaurant announcing live music on specific nights.

All in all, we enjoyed Pandora's, and I can recommend it as a good option in the Grayton Beach area.

We have eaten here each summer, for the past three years. Always a very pleasant experience. Our server, Amanda, was well informed, very nice, and super attentive. There were two adults and three children in our party, and she thrilled the kids by calling them "sir" and "ma'am". Our food choices were varied - with the adults having the crab leg dinner and grouper dinner. Both were excellent. The kids were also happy with their kid meals. The price was also in line with other restaurants in the area, but the food and service were better. We will see them again next year.

We have been coming to the area for 4 or 5 years and finally stopped by. Had the sauteed shrimp appetizer, the yellowfin tuna, and the grilled grouper. Amazing! Grilled/cooked over an oak fire which adds sooo much flavor. We would definitively recommend and look forward to going back. The fresh fish is sold at market prices but was still reasonably priced.
