This two bedroom is a lot bigger than it sounds. It has a large living room/dining room, as well as a nice family room (with a huge Roku TV!). You have 2000 square feet of space on one floor. There is a screened Arizona room, with citrus trees in the yard for privacy. During the holidays we were able to host our son, his wife, and two children from Germany comfortably for ten really fun days. It's so close to bridge games and pickleball courts, which is important to us. We attended many quality shows. We love the spaciousness of the house and the nice neighbors since we stayed for three months. Rhonda and Jerry, the owners, are friendly and most helpful.
