We stayed for one night after a long day of travel. I was very leery after reading the bad reviews so I didn’t book in advance. I went and checked out the rooms before I paid. The rooms we got had 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa in each. They were older but clean and comfortable. The floors had no carpet which made it feel cleaner as well. The bathroom was small but adequate. The kids enjoyed the pools. The kiddie pool and the deeper pool were not heated so quite chilly at the beginning of April. The hot tub was nice and hot and big. Beautiful pool area! We ordered delivery pizza and ate at the tables there. The concrete hallways need resurfacing as they are quite stained. The public bathroom needed a good cleaning as did the cabinets in the breakfast area. The breakfast was standard hotel continental with lots of seating space.
Over all we would stay again. The room was comfortable.
We are not fussy travelers but glad we didn’t let the reviews scare us away. We booked and paid in Priceline because we could get a better price from there. The hotel price was $79 and Priceline was $54. We don’t expect perfection when we pay $54 for a night.
