We spet two nights at this hotel since we were taking the Grand Canyon Railway into the Grand Canyon.
I also want to point out there are two Americas Best motels in Williams. We did not stay at the onne in the center of downtown. Review is for 1001 West Rt 66.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the desk person who immediatey asked if we had pets or smoked.
We checked itnto our room and was greeted by a large patched carpet with frayed ends.
The dead bolt on the entry door did not function.
The bathroom needed serious updating.
The toilet rocked side to side.
For example the tile in the bathroom exhibited mold along the wall tile met the floor.
Water pressure was OK.
There is a lack of useable plugs if you want to use your computer or need to use a cell phone charger.
The internet connection is almost non existant. Very slow and kept kicking us off.
The worst part of the stay were the beds. The mattresses were very old and had springs that poked at you all night. We encountered another guest in the morning who indicated his room and bed had similar issues.More
