Returned on 05.03.17 from a lads week trip. Hotel basic but ok! Food good but service in the snow house restaurant lets it down. The pizza restaurant great and the girl that seems to run that area is fantastic and so much more friendly than the staff downstairs in snow house.
Visited sister hotel for Mexican restaurant which also was nice.
Can be very very noisy till around 5am directly outside hotel but if you drink enough you tend not to hear it!!
Have a good look around for bars as some are proper dives but others that look like restaurants are in fact good bars.. Overall had good holiday for price paid.
Had few faults with rooms such as blown bulbs, taps hanging out of basins and heating that is tropical but despite the rep saying hotel were sorting it nothing was ever done.

Chose this hotel simply because it was the best price during half term.
Location is the best in my opinion for the slopes and for the nightlife.
It can get noisy outside the Irish bars but we werent disturbed once all week and we were situated above the bars.
The rooms are spacious and a separate ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and plenty of hot water.
Food on the half board package was plentiful and tasty.
Breakfast was a continental style and set us up nicely for the day ahead.
Evening meals were a 3 course chosen off a set menu with plenty of choices.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were cleaned daily.
All in all a great week with great skiing and great accommodation.

Just returned from a week stay here which was the second half term week.

We were a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 11 and 7, and stayed in a family room. The room was basic but warm and clean, with good housekeeping. The layout works well for a family as it is two connected bedrooms with an open door, it would have been better if it actually had a door or curtain for blocking noise/light once you'd put kids to bed but overall better than one big open room.

The room was on the street side of the hotel and after reading reviews on here I was concerned about the noise - however it was fine. Very little noise from inside the hotel and the noise outside was minimal, we were only disturbed on Thursday (singing outside) and Saturday (beats from club). I believe this is because the resort generally had a lot more families and was therefore quiter overall because it was half term.

There was plenty of storage in the room, the beds were ok, and there was a bath with shower over. Also plenty of hot water at any time of day!

Breakfast was served 8 am to 11 am and had a choice of cereal, fruit juices, tea/coffee, ham/cheese, bread/toast, baguette, croissants, yogurts, fruit etc. Included within the HB. However you could also order hot food fairly reasonable for example hot breakfast 5 euro, 2 bacon or 2 sausage (to make sandwich) for 2 euro, portion of beans (beans on toast) 1.50 euro.

Dinner was served in Sno House 5 nights, Italian once and Mexican once. In the Sno House times were 6 to 8pm but this was shorten to 6 to 7:30 pm later in the week. The menu (Sno House) was fixed with 3 starter choices (soup of day, goats cheese salad, rice salad), a number of mains including pasta (range of sauces from bolgnaise to carbonarra etc.) Burger and fries, fish and chips etc. followed by 3 desserts including ice cream and creme brule. The food in the Sno House was basic (and I was looking forward to vegtables by the end of the week) but it was ok for a short period. We enjoyed the Italian as the pizzas and risotto were very good. The service wasn't always great in Sno House, we used to go early as when it got busy later you could have a long wait between courses. Drinks were 3.70 for glass of house wine, 5.00 for beer, 3.20 for coke/Fanta etc.

The location is brilliant, lift down to boot room - out the door - cross road - up steps - at ski lifts. About 50 meters in total. Only slight issue is that the boot room is small / a tight squeeze for size of hotel. We always managed to get stuff in but would benefit for more space.

We loved the ski area and the ski school was very good, all arranged through Crystal. The hire equipment (also with Crystal) was good quality kit too, not like some places we've been where the stuff can look tired and worn.

The rep (Lee) from Crystal was brilliant, the best rep we've had. Always around and genuinely interested to know how you were getting on. In fact a big A* to Crystal, the whole team at airport etc. were very good.

This Hotel was very good. Our Holiday here included Dinner and I was surprised on how nice the food was. A good choice of 3 dishes to choose from every day. All the staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem for them and smiles seemed to be the order of the day. Our room itself was spacious and clean. Bathroom lovely and warm. Being so near to the Ski Lifts was an added bonus. You can hear some late night noise from the people at Paddy's Irish Bar but this was never a real issue. We were on the 4th floor and at times had a few minutes to wait for the lift. Good value holiday with Crystal and would recommend both Hotel and tour Company

Room Tip: Best rooms for view and noise are higher up and with a mountain view
