The room was exceptionally clean, and had nice little touches to it. Looked like it had just been updated. Very nice! Joe the owner was a very nice guy. He made sure we had water and rags to clean our bikes with.

felt very welcome and they were sensitive to the needs af our HOG group.Extra chairs placed out front so we could socialize in the evening. When we ordered pizza a card table was brought out to put it on.

My husband and I booked a 3 day getaway. We stayed in the African Oasis chalet on the back deck. It was quiet and relaxing, and a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee and soak up nature. Our room was clean and came with a king bed and a jacuzzi tub. Joe & Diana (the owners) were helpful with places to eat and are just wonderful people in general. This was our second trip to Eureka Springs, and our second time staying here. It was just as enjoyable as the first, and is our go to when visiting.

Room tip: Rooms on the back deck are quiet.

We stayed in the African Oasis jacuzzi suite. The room is down steps and backs to a beautiful hillside of trees. We sat on the rocking chair and watched deer, squirrels, birds and butterflies. The location is central to many local attractions and shopping. We walked to Main Street and the trolley stops at the entrance to the hotel. The heated pool was refreshing after long days of adventure. The bed and pillows were just as comfortable as sleeping at home.
The room was clean and the A/C was all set for our arrival. The owners are a delight. They made us feel welcome from arrival to departure.
If you ride a motorcycle they provide covered parking, cleaning rags and a water hose.
We are common middle class people and we feel like we received 5 star service and accommodations.

Room tip: Excellent access to all rooms.

Arrived for an event downtown on a Saturday night which meant parking was impossible. The hotel was located just close enough that we were able to walk. The sidewalks are treacherous, but we made it in one piece. Apparently... we found out after-the-fact... there is a trolley stop nearby. But a little exercise never hurts - right? The room was clean and the facility was quiet in spite of being full. Nothing fancy, but I don't thing there really is anything fancy in Eureka Springs. I would stay here again.
