We stayed at the New Orleans hotel for just a weekend, Feb ‘21. The front desk is kind and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful — it was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn’t a generic chain! We enjoyed the lounge in the evening as well.

It’s within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and bars... we didn’t have to get in the car to do anything until it was time to leave.

Unfortunately, our room had a leak during the stay and staff was kind enough to upgrade our room and move us away from the leak. The bed was comfy, the view was cool, and shower hot. Not much more you could ask for!

Even though it was built well over a hundred years ago, the rooms at the New Orleans Hotel are modern and very comfortable. The location in downtown Eureka Springs is perfect for shopping, bar hopping, dining or just walking the beautiful winding streets. The staff were very professional and attentive. On our last visit we stayed in the Presidential Suite on the lobby floor. We loved it! On a previous visit we stayed on the fourth floor. Once again we loved it but the hike up the stairs can leave you a little winded (the hotel does not have an elevator).
If you love beautifully restored buildings then Eureka Springs and the New Orleans is a must.

My husband & I stayed in a queen jacuzzi suite. The room was very large but was missing a few basics. There was no where to place our luggage. No bench, luggage rack or even a table. We set it on the 2 small chairs in the room. Floors are creaky & we could hear guests walking in other rooms. We had to ask at the front desk for hand soap as there wasn't any at the sink. Soap, shampoo & conditioner were in a dispenser in the shower/tub. Cars are parked behind hotel by a valet. Front desk staff was friendly. We've stayed in plenty of beautiful hotels that are worth the price. The New Orleans, at $250 plus per night, is not worth that price in off season Eureka Springs.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay, You were in a Grand Jacuzzi Suite according to our records, The shampoo, soap dispenser is something we added because of Covid, as it is easier to disinfect. to keep our guests safe.
November is not considered off season , If you will give us another chance we would love for you to come back at a discount.

This was my first trip to Eureka Springs and wanted to be in the heart of the historical area. The New Orleans fit the bill perfectly. First, this is an OLD building. Floors creak and everything! They have a nice bar in the lobby but we wanted to wander so we had drinks and eats elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, they called a couple days before our arrival and asked about our stay, asked if they could help with dinner reservations or site seeing adventures. Would up setting us up at Grotto Wood Fired Grill (see another review), etc. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them.

I’ve visited this area many times, staying in the historic district and also out on Hwy 62. The New Orleans always looked awesome from the outside, so this year on my annual girls trip to celebrate my birthday, I booked it. It’s in a great location with lots to do, shop, eta & drink within walking distance. We stayed 3 nights on the 1st floor, overlooking Spring St, The hotel is beautiful and the King room (106j was very spacious with a huge bathroom. We requested a roll away bed for my friend staying just one night & the staff was very accommodating, setting it up while we were out to dinner. Speaking of the staff, they were all very nice and helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat. Shuffling cars in the rear lot is a never ending task for them, and they are happy to run get your ride and pull it up front for you. Jared (sp?) was our favorite, what a nice guy to chat with! You should have his pear martini if he’s bartending around the corner at The Rogue cafe. We will be back and will request the same room again if available!

Room tip: Old hotel, so no elevator, keep that mind when deciding on a floor!
