First trip for all of us to Eureka Springs and BW Eureka Inn contributed to its success. Through old town so easy to get to Turpentine Creek Cat Sanctuary and all the sites, great food and shopping/art of Eureka. We were lodged in the side building, so had an inside entrance near parking. Fyi must carry luggage to 2nd floor if there, but was no issue. After a day of exploring, the hot tub was a welcome treat, pool closed but looks large.

Magnificent breakfast buffet, free every morning - pancakes, biscuits and gravy, delicious fruit, eggs, bacon and sausage and other - all fresh and appropriate temp. Attentive staff for drinks and cleanup. A real standout for this traveler.

Recommend this hotel/location and would return.

We were so pleased with this hotel and our experience. Our room was very clean, smelled good and fresh. Breakfast was a nice perk and was excellent! Eggs, sausage, delicious biscuits, gravy, plus breakfast burritos, pancakes, and cold foods. I believe they also had oats and grits but didn’t try them. We were worried about staying in a place with doors opening to the outside. It was no problem! We felt very safe. Very safe area. We walked the 1/2 mile down to historic downtown on nice sidewalk. It’s very hard to find parking down there. There is a trolley if needed. However if you are in reasonable shape I suggest you wear comfortable shoes and walk. We struck out on a cold 17 degree morning. Had a coat and boots but forgot gloves. Found a nice scarf/glove set on sale at a shop and we were good to go! Walked all the way to the Crescent and back! You will warm up on those hills! We had a great time. The bed was a little firm but very clean with comfortable pillows. Looks to have been recently remodeled. The heater was mildly noisy (ticking noises at times) but it was so cold we were grateful for it!! It really was not a problem. Top notch place! We had planned to stay at one of the historic hotels but they were booked. I’m really glad we stayed here. I don’t think I would have been as happy elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel. We were able to walk from the hotel to downtown in just a few minutes. It's all downhill from the hotel but you can take a trolley ride back up the hill if you don't want to walk it. Great breakfast. Very caring staff. Can't wait to return!!
