“Perfect Anniversary Stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2012

Our first visit to Eureka Springs and the Crescent Hotel was to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary, and we are so glad we took the recommendation of a close friend in choosing this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was charming and immaculate, and the grounds and setting were beautiful. The town itself was also a special pleasure to visit. This is certainly one of the loveliest places in one of the loveliest towns we have ever visited. We will definitely return.

We stayed for one night with 2 kids. Check in was a breeze and all the staff was very friendly. We stayed on the top floor down the hall from Dr. Bakers Lounge, we thought it might be noisy and it wasn't at all. The staff at the lounge were very outgoing and really nice to the kids. We ordered dinner from the lounge and took it back to our room, because the kids loved the room so much. It was stormy that night, which made the ghost tour that much more exciting, especially for my 10 yr. old. Easter brunch, the next day was tasty. Took some great pics with lots of orbs. We'll definitely stay at the Crescent again

Heard about the Crescent thru T.A.P.S.(ghost hunters tv) and online. My sister and I have stayed at The Myrtles,(La.)and The Stanley(Co.)The beauty and grace at The Crescent outweighs BOTH PROPERTIES!! The charming atmosphere and people at your hotel made our stay very pleasent. A special Thank You to bellman, John, for his incredible attention to us.Also, Dolly in the Crystal Dinning Room is a joy!! Could not have made it without our shuttle driver , Chris. We are already booking another trip in the near future. Eureka Springs is a GEM!!! Captured a "ghost girl" and many, many pics of orbs throughout the hotel. What a treat!!!!!

Room Tip: If a senior citizen, perhaps to check with front desk when booking about whether the elevator is wor...

first time in Eureka and so glad I chose the historic Crescent Hotel. Perfect location ( we walked downtown via the trail behind the hotel ). Hotel has character, room was cozy and they have a large parking lot. We left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and returned to find a bag hung on the door with fresh towels, shampoo, toilet paper and coffee pod refills...we were impressed! Fabulous getaway!

What a wonderful place, everything about this Grand Hotel as well as the Eureka Springs Arkansas area just screams "CHARM." I was impressed with everything from check in to departure. The bellman was a wonderful tour guide,he kept us entertained with wonderful stories about the history of the hotel and the area.
I could not have made a better choice and will definately return to celebrate another year!
Our Thanks to the General Manager for such a wonderful visit!

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms, I would recomend a room overlooking the back side of the hotel, the view is...

Absolutely fantastic experience from arrival to departure. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a King Parlor room which was roomy, comfortable and had access to a balcony which is only shared by one other King room. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is worth the cost. We ate there both mornings and our server Dolly added to the charm of the meal. The Ghost Tour was a lot of fun (ask for Ramsey, he was our tour guide and is great) and not too scary for our 11 year old daughter (even with the lights out in the former morgue). The Crescent is a beautifully restored, pet friendly (as long as the hotel's ghost cat doesn't scare your dog) old hotel full of history and charm. We can't wait to go back and will definitely be staying at the Crescent.

We had a wonderful first time visit to the Crescent Hotel and beautiful Eureka Springs. We enjoyed our ghost tour and got lots of fun pictures. The staff was very helpful in finding us some great restaurants to eat at and made finding our way around very easy. The complimentary shuttle service to downtown was a great addition in not having to drive ourselves around. All in all we would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great trip!!
