It's ok place to stay. The outside gardens are pretty with a nice area to walk. There are a few nice patio areas to sit and socialize. The rooms are dated and tacky but it goes with the area theme. Lots of gold and dated artwork. The two person tub is not worth the extra fee. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were too runny to eat so we went out and paid for breakfast.

Booked this for an overnight stay while attending the Passion Play. Beautiful outside hotel with Victorian look. The landscaping is breathtaking, with flowers blooming all over the grounds. Just beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, just a little dated. We had to hunt for the breakfast area that is in a cottage in the back. But when found was very varied and good. Would stay here again if in the area. Friendly desk clerk and employees.

Superbly friendly receptionists, exquisite landscaping throughout the 'peaks and valley' that encompasses the hotel property, great breakfast offering. Central to most all of attractions in Eureka Springs with good ingress / egress.

Room tip: Can't imagine any room not being a good one.

The love and care that goes into the gardens give the hotel a wonderful energy. Everyone there is friendly and I can tell they like their jobs! The room was clean, pool was nice, grounds are very well kept! The breakfast was pretty good and included the in the price. A very enjoyable experience!

Clean rooms, close to downtown Eureka Springs. Lobby is nicely decorated in a Victorian style. More family friendly than a lot of the hotels in Eureka Springs. Great garden behind the hotel. Most of the rooms open to the outside on only a few are inside the hallways. The breakfast was a very typical hotel breakfast. The front desk employee offered suggestions for places to eat and visit. Would recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family.
