Stayed on a Sunday night, room had double and single bed, beautiful furnishings, bed comfy, plenty of fresh water. Breakfast delicious, hot and plentiful, and the bread was amazing. Right in the centre of Carlingford with everything on the doorstep. Separate side entrance from the restaurant was ideal for coming and going as you please. Wifi in the bedroom wouldnt connect as signal was poor, but would thoroughly recommend

Lovely and comfortable, enough hooks in the bathroom, you have to eat in the bay tree Restaurant in the house they do really delicicous food! The town is pittoresque and the view was great! Oldest pub is just across the street and the ruins of a fine old towerhouse greet you in the Morning

Right in the centre of this quaint village we booked at the last minute getting the last available room for us two friends. Clean with a touch of luxury and super friendly hosts. Great breakfast in the gorgeous restaurant and great value. We'll definitely return!

Clean and tidy BnB with a lovely breakfast. Efficient but less than friendly service. Going through the motions but no real warmth of service or welcome you become accustomed to in other Irish BnB's.
We were asked to pay in advance which we found strange ( maybe it was the Belfast accent). But to make us even more annoyed after breakfast the next morning we were asked again if we would "like to pay now". Put a real dampener on our stay especially as we had booked in advance and dined in the restaurant as well. Unlikely we'll be back despite the quality set-up. Need to work harder on the Customer Services in my opinion if they want repeat business.
