Great people, great B&B. Rooms were gorgeous, beds really comfortable with gorgeous linens and very very clean. Dinner at their restaurant was phenomenal, the food was gorgeous and so incredibly fresh. The waitress said produce, meats and fish were locally sourced, and it really showed. Perfect location too, right in the village. Will definitely go back.

Room Tip: Noise was never a factor, even in the front.

This B&B was connected to the Bay Tree restaurant. Wonderful staff and superb accommodations. The room was cozy, clean and had all the amenities a traveler would need. We stayed here for one night, and I wish we would've stayed more. You have an array of restaurants to choose from including the Bay Tree. It was very conveniently located. The next day at breakfast which was in the restaurant (included) we were very warmly greeted and our hostess made sure we wanted for nothing. It was a great experience and high on my list of B&B recommendations.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Carlingford for a 40th birthday party. The location is absolutely perfect, within 2 minute walk to plenty of pubs and restaurants. We were met on arrival by a friendly young man who helped carry our bags to the room while giving us some information about the B&B and restaurant. Our room had a double and single bed, both of which were very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was small but had a great use of the space. The shower had great water pressure.
Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was extremely good. There was a choice of cereals, juices and fresh fruit and a large choice of cooked breakfasts that were served with the most delicious white soda bread ( I'm sorry I didn't purchase some from them to take home) The young waitress that served us both mornings was very pleasant and friendly.
My only negative on this Bed and Breakfast is that the signal for the tv went and the Internet was slow, and when we mentioned it we were told that the company they used lowered the service while they negotiated a new contract. Would have liked to be able to watch the news but it was nothing major as we only stayed 2 days but I wouldn't be happy if we had of being staying longer.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 6 and even with the window open at night we didn't hear any of the street nois...

My son and I stayed 2 nights. First off, Carlingford is a delightful small village. There are historic buildings (don't miss the monastery), hiking trails, pubs, restaurants, and scenery galore. The rooms at Belvedere house are on the second floor, above the restaurant. They hallways have fresh carpet and paint, and everything is clean and well kept. The inn-keepers were both wonderful, very friendly and ready to offer suggestions. Wifi was strong and reliable for catching up on emails. The rates are VERY reasonable for the quality. The cooked to order breakfast each day was included, and was nicely prepared. Would definitely recommend!
