Description: Arsaga's at the Depot is housed in an old train freight building on the Frisco Trail near the corner of West and Dickson Streets. Built in the early 1900's, the building had fallen into disrepair and was in need of a facelift. After a year of demolition and remodeling, it is claiming its place as one of Fayetteville's historic landmarks once again. This unique spot offers our locally roasted coffee beans as well as espresso based drinks, and pastries, which can be ordered from the coffee bar. It also functions as a full table service restaurant serving innovative crepes, salads, and soups inspired by local food availability, as well as a thoughtful selection of wines and beers. We feature brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings with specials based on seasonal ingredients, and mimosas flavored with house made simple syrups. From the original, uniquely designed wood floors to the spacious outdoor decks, the Depot offers a comfortable, lived-in atmosphere while maintaining its singular character. Its central location makes it a convenient gathering place for Fayetteville's diverse community and its visitors. It offers special menu options on request for group meetings, music and art events, and small parties and receptions. Like us on Facebook for updates on specials and events.

Inside and outside seating with panache! Killer coffee, Crepes, Salads, Sandwiches, Breakfast. Fresh food, a great wait-staff, and famous Arsaga's coffee. Cary and Cindy Arsaga's most recent creation has a wonderfully varied menu of absolutely delicious food. A great outside deck joining the NW Arkansas Bike Trail. Peaceful, airy, fun. A 1/2 block N. of Dickson on West Ave. See you there!

Was in town to visit the school, and met up with an old friend for breakfast. This is a really cool restaurant, but the food was just okay. Their menu is not necessarily what they serve - we ordered biscuits and sausage gravy, but they were having a vegetarian day, so it was mushroom gravy instead. But the menu didn't mention that. I ended up ordering a crepe and it was pretty good. We went really early and got seated right away, but the line did back up around 10am. There is not much seating.

But the atmosphere is definitely what you go for. It is very cute!

Nestled just off U of A campus, this is a perfect place for combining food with a cup of coffee with ambience. Definitely a repeat destination with a deck in warm weather.

There are two different Arsaga's. The first is quaint old train depot looking building that backs up the a bike/running trail. The narrow building has the most unique worn wood flooring with tiny bistro tables down the middle. Larger tables with spindle chairs lay along the sides. Local artwork hangs on the walls. The patio seating out back is walled off by a row of trees making it feel quiet and peaceful.

Arsaga's main dish are sweet and savory crepes. They take awhile to make. If you visit during a non-busy time the employees are engaging and happy. The crepes come out in a reasonable amount of time. The whole atmosphere is conducive to having a cup of coffee, talking/studying and then enjoying a phenomenal crepe. Over the years, my family has tried them all. I can't lift up just one.

The second Arsaga is the crazy busy one. This happens on Saturday mornings and any day where a major event is in town (football, graduation, biker weekend, etc.). The lines and wait time are crazy. Since this place is all about crepes, there is no way to do them fast. I have had to wait an hour to get a seat and then another two hours to order, get my food, eat and pay. It's not fun, and the employees are nothing like they are during non busy times. I've been twice during crazy time, and I won't do it any more. The loveliness of this place is lost when there are too many people.

Arsaga's menu specializes in savory crepes. They are remarkable, especially the buckwheat crepes. This is a cozy local favorite, next to the community trail, off of Dickson, and down the street from campus. Folks show up for coffee and breakfast, work on the patio in the spring and summer, move in for lunch, and maybe show up to their office in the afternoon, it is that comfortable.
