Try the Porra Antequerana. A dish of cold cream of tomatoes, peppers and bread (like a very thick Salmorejo), with boiled egg, ham and tuna. Absolutely delicious. The Bacalao Mozarabe, a cod gratin with potatoes, roasted pepper and nuts was simply the best dish I have eaten after living in Spain for three years. The gratin comprised beaten egg white with nuts which smothered the cod, keeping it moist. The Secreto Iberoco was perfectly cooked. The restaurant was busy with families enjoying a leisurely lunch. The staff were attentive and friendly (special thanks to Juan).
