This is a good hotel in a stunning position with amazing views of the rural countryside. Both Baeza and Ubeda are worth a visit if you like waking old streets with lots of history and this was a perfect base. Good rooms and good breakfast but not all the facilities were open when we were there

Like other TA Reviewers we were disappointed to find the pool and 4th floor bar and terrace closed at the beginning of June as we too were looking forward to a G and T and a swim looking over the campo.

Being realistic it was actually quite understandable, it was quite cold on the 4th floor terrace late morning and, with hardly any guests in the hotel, it would be commercial suicide to open and staff those two facilities with no guests to use them. There were very few people in the hotel during our two day stay. Less than a dozen.

We had a good sized room on the second floor, facing west across the Campo. A little dated but very clean and comfortable. We also had a fridge which was very useful. The air conditioning was not turned on but that was not an issue for us. The black out curtains kept out the heat and the patio doors when open kept the room cool...so cool we shut them as it became quite cold at night. The price for our two night stay, via the internet, was very cheap.

The location of the hotel means that all the tourist attactions are a short walk away, free street parking and an ideal position for the tourist. We would definitely use the hotel again if we came to Baeza.

Was spending a night here while driving through. Stopped in the early afternoon and was hoping to sit in the pool and relax. Only 1 person at checkin and restaurant so it took a while to get us checked in as the person was taking care of people in the restaurant. The lady was friendly though and got us our room. Was a bit disappointed with it, walls were a bit dirty with dust and a bit of scuffs. Other than that, it was ok. Spacious and beds were good. Tiny balcony facing the open field was nice too. Was hoping to go to the pool as it was hot out, but it was closed. Thought it was weird since it was beginning of May, but figured maybe the Spanish don't find it warm out, even though it was mid 20C. Walked the town and had a good lunch, got back to the hotel for a bit then wandered the town again and had supper. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

We stayed here on our driving tour of Spain and Portugal and the hotel was easy to find and easy to park at. The receptionist was extremely friendly and even though we arrived well ahead of check-in time, she gave us our room key within minutes of arriving. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, but we still found it very easy to walk in for tapas, drinks and dinner. The roof top pool was under renovation so was closed, which was a real pity, but the roof top area was very spacious and wonderful and cool on a stifling hot afternoon.

Booked here for 3 nights.temperatures are in early 30's and pool is out of action and has been for at least a week.On checking in I enquired whete the pool was located and was advised that it was being cleaned and would be open "tomorrow evening".
After locating my room, i checked out the pool go find no one woeking on it and began to doubt that it would be ready in 24 hrs.
I had paid a non refundable 3 night stay for a hotel that had a pool but left after 1 night. The hotel have refused to refund the 2 nights not used as they state they are non refundable.
The fact that they have not supplied the service that was paid for was lost on them.
Very bad attitude.
Will take the matter further.
