We enjoyed a 4- week stay in the apartment, which is ideally located for bars, restaurants, shops and the beach, with easy free on-street parking not too far away.
On arrival, we found that the "paper towels" as referred to in the description were missing (a very minor point). The balcony turned out to be of the "juliet" type - certainly not big enough to take a chair etc. However, the "terrace" - a public area just outside the building was large and relatively peaceful, with benches etc. (A minor down-side to that was that on most weekday evenings a group of young people routinely gathered just outside the apartment for noisy early evening chats and the smoking of some kind of smelly herbal tobacco (!!!)).
The air-con and kitchen etc. equipment was very good; but lacks a kettle - which is not uncommon in Spain.
The apartment is smaller than we are used to, and I think that it is a little optimistic to think that a family of 4 would be comfortable (it might have been better had the bed-settee in the kitchen/diner been replaced with seating and perhaps one cot/child's bed). The number of towels, cutlery and crockery supplied suggested an occupancy by two persons.
While we were there, the water heater failed - but this was promptly repaired when reported. Communications with the owner were handled very well, and in a friendly and helpful manner.
All in all, the apartment, although perhaps a bit "tired" (in need of re-decoration and a deep-clean), represented very good value indeed.
