An enjoyable break

Review of Blakeney House
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Aug 31, 2024
We enjoyed a three-night stay and found it very relaxing and close enough to the Quay to enjoy the all Blakeney has to offer. Our room #6 was very comfortable and well-appointed. Excellent and efficient restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.

Excellent accommodation, lovely breakfasts, great staff, plenty of parking, great location in the centre of Blakeney.
We ate in the Restaurant on the Sunday night, it was one of the best roast dinners we have ever had!
Roast Sirloin and Roast Pork, were so succulent and tasty, delicious vegetables and yorkshires.
highly recommend a stay here.

This was our fifth stay in Blakeney House. Everything about the place is simply superb, Paul and his super friendly team are so willing and helpful, nothing what so ever is too much trouble for them. Our room was very comfortable and a joy to stay in, not to mention of course, the breakfasts which were fantastic. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, we are already looking forward to returning to Blakeney House again.

Our second visit to Blakeney House and it won’t be our last. The accommodation gives us everything we need for a short break. A well equipped room and a fantastic breakfast and evening meal. The food is of a high standard with a decent wine list and bar. The staff are very attentive and friendly and efficient. Well done to all concerned.

We as a family had an enjoyable 2 night stay at Blakeney House, situated in picturesque village, where Paul and his staff welcomed us warmly.
Breakfast especially was outstanding, with a wide choice of good food in a relaxed atmosphere
Highly recommended

We stayed in this delightful little hotel in a great location with lovely staff and modern rooms in the heart of Blakeney, with easy access to the North Norfolk coast.

We came as a family of 7 plus our dog across 3 generations ranging from ages 13-76, with one visually impaired member of the party. We were given 2 accessible rooms on the ground floor, both of which were dog friendly . We had dinner on our first night when the team prepared delicious cod goujons and chips and an array of desserts. Breakfast was delicious, we had to pre-order it using a menu the night before and everything was ready at 8am when we sat down.

Highly recommend this lovely little spot for a visit and some much needed peace and quiet.

Room tip: Car park on site. If walking into Blakeney for meals leave the car at home because very limited parking.
