The Grange Hotel at Kings Lynn is a large period residence with plenty of parking.
The house is Edwardian, and the interior layout has probably changed very little since it was built. Decor is quite traditional with good quality beds and pillows. En-suite bathrooms are clean and functional. The place has lots of character, but you will not find any ‘glitz’! The bedroom hospitality tray is very generously stocked with drinks, chocolate and biscuits.
Accommodation is available as room only, with breakfast, or with an optional evening meal. The menu selection must be made earlier in the day.
Food is absolutely excellent. In addition to a normal breakfast grill, Jane will try to accommodate your preferences. Pancakes served with either bacon with maple syrup, or fresh fruit are amazing! The ingredients including the bacon are top quality, and on two mornings I enjoyed a simple bacon sandwich.
Portions can be quite generous, so if your appetite is less, you must let Jane know.
A selection of evening meals is available with starters, mains and deserts (all delicious). The photographs show some of our own meals before we started!
Jane and her husband are extremely accommodating, and every guest will feel as though they are being offered a warm and personal service.
