Great double room, lots of space and fantastic power shower.
Slept well on the comfy bed. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

What a horror show! Decor was disgusting! No air-con, rooms are only provided with an insufficient fan. Hotel doesn’t seem to care about its staff or guests. There are no facilities within walking distance, so they take advantage.
Staff did their best, but OMG I would never stay here again. Management has no clue. Food was below any standard you would set for yourself. Overall…. Over priced and extremely poor value!
When we booked into the hotel we were directed to our room, and found we had been allocated a double room, and not the twin that we had ordered. We went back to reception and the staff immediately changed the room and gave us a free upgrade to a garden room. The room was fabulous, with twin beds, a large seating area with 4 comfy chairs and French doors leading to a small seating area and a large garden. Everything is spotlessly clean and staff are friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was self service, but very tasty and staff had it very well organised.
The added bonus was seeing a muntjac deer coming into the garden, past our window, in the evening and again in the morning.
It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Room was lovely - spacious and clean but sadly housekeeping leave early so if you are changing for a wedding your room is unserviced! Not great when you return to unmade bed, damp towels, bathroom and bedroom not cleaned and toiletries not replaced!!!!
Restaurant food was awful. Menu read well but vegetables were tasteless and watery just made it like a care home/school dinner meal. No atmosphere in restaurant that is wildly outdated and sadly reflected by visible length of tape securing carpet
Sadly this hotel has rested in its laurels, having wonderful grounds and convenient parking and has lost sight of how the outside world has so much more to offer for the same price or cheaper.

An excellent hotel in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of King’s Lynn. Plenty of well trained, friendly and professional staff.
On this occasion we stayed in a garden room. This was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable.
We used the Farmer’s Brasserie twice. Charming surroundings, attentive staff and an excellent selection of food and drinks. All in all a visit to remember with great pleasure!
