We are located near the Co-op supermarket which is open till late evening and also close to various restaurants on the high street
This apartment is a very short walk from a top golf course and the finest Seaside Town in the world (my opinion). Good restaurants and shops are 300metres away. Only 400metres from the Railway station to Edinburgh and all in between. Parking is nearby and most of the time at the front door. Property feels like home. Everything you might need is available in an excellently equipped kitchen. Bathroom and separate shower room are lovely. Relax in the lounge or sit outside in the private garden. We love 45 Westgate and will return

Lovely accommodation in great location in North Berwick. Great for walks on the beach and easy access to shops, restaurants and the town. Being dog friendly was also a bonus.

Perfect place
We had a fantastic week here. Everything was perfect. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Many extras in the flat and couldn’t have asked for more. Nice wee garden to relax in and central for beach and local shops. We will definitely return.

Superb location in a wonderful beachside town
Relaxing stay in a spacious two bed main door ground floor apartment, just 2 mins from the beach.
Superb walk in shower room as well as a good family bathroom, so plenty of space to wash away all the sand!
Great dining kitchen as well as two lovely bedrooms and thoroughly enjoyed the large garden at the back.
North Berwick has everything you could wish for when on hols with the kids; lovely beaches, golf, tennis, play parks, shops on the doorstep, pubs (unfortunately lockdown!), Sugar Mountain (old fashioned sweet shop), great ice cream parlour and fish & chips by the sea. Perfect place to visit for a relaxing break all round.
We will be back, soon !

45 Westgate North Berwick
My siblings and I planned a family gathering in Scotland last August. We wanted a community that was on the train line and close to Edinburgh but also had a lot of charm. North Berwick is a perfect location, 30 minutes by train to Edinburgh, delightfully charming and right on the Firth of Forth! The beaches are lovely and the town boasts great restaurants and plenty of historic charm. We were lucky to book our accommodations at 45 Westgate, which is the spacious ground floor of a townhouse. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach which is perfect as we began and ended each day with a stroll along the shore. The apartment is well equipped with everything one needs to make it a home away from home. Lovely high ceilings, bright, beautiful kitchen and patio in a nicely landscaped back yard. The apartment is just a few minute walk from downtown but ideally situated on the Main Street. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and easy walking distance to castle ruins and historical hiking trails. Jim was a pleasure to deal with and promptly responded to all emails. The apartment is very clean, has ample space, laundry facilities, and charming decor. We were sad to leave but are hoping to return.

Excellent Accomadation in a lovely Seaside Town
Third time we have visited number45 and it wont be the last. Tremendous Accomadation very comfortab le throughout. Kitchen fully equiped. Washing M/C and drier. Good Bathroom and Shower. Location is a few minutes walk from station if you fancy going to Edinburgh and about 200 meteres from the beach. Golf courses galore within walking distance and a short drive. Lovely coastal walks around and climb the Law if you fancy. Good shops and restaraunts are in walking distance. North Berwick is a classic resort with charm and character. Upmarket in many ways but thats why we like it

Winter Heaven
North Berwick enjoys its own micro climate and is enjoyable most of the year, complemented by a superb holiday apartment we had a fabulous week. The apartment ticks all the boxes for a very comfortable stay in high class surroundings. Would definitely recommend the apartment and we will be back.

A great holiday location
Had a wonderful week in North Berwick on Scotland’s Golf Coast even though I didn’t play golf this time. It was the prime location and quality accommodation at 45 Westgate that made it very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Jim and Sheena and we look forward to returning soon. Bob and Jane.

North Berwick is a beautiful seaside town on the East coast of Scotland
Located about 23 miles from Edinburgh, Scotland's Capital City, it lies on the River Forth estuary and has a unique weather system, keeping it sunny and dry most of the time.
A beautiful beach and harbour area, unspoiled and original, with terrain where you do not need a car to get about.
It is a key location at the heart of one of Scotland's famous golfing areas with Muirfield, Gullane, Dunbar and North Berwick, all of which were the locations for 2013 British Open Championship at Muirfield, close by.
It is a very relaxing environment and once visited it is never forgotten.
